Full Terms & Conditions

1. 1.Ticket Purchase & Acceptance: By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. 2.Right of Admission: The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue for security, safety, behavioural, or other legitimate reasons. The organiser's decision in this regard shall be final.
3. 3.Security Checks: Entry is permitted only through designated entrances and after completion of the required security checks. Refusal to comply with a security check may result in denial of entry without refund or compensation.
4. 4.Prohibited Items: Food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable materials, illegal substances, weapons, and other hazardous or prohibited items are not permitted inside the venue or seating area.
5. 5.Drug-Free Event: This is a strictly drug-free event. Possession, consumption, distribution, procurement, or use of narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other illegal drugs will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund or compensation and may lead to legal action under applicable law.
6. 6.Photography & Recording: The organiser may photograph or record the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
7. 7.No Refund After Event Starts: Tickets are strictly non-refundable once the event has started. No refund will be provided if a ticket holder arrives late, leaves the event, or chooses not to attend after the event has commenced.
8. 8.Event Cancellation by Organiser: If the organiser cancels the event, eligible ticket holders will receive a 100% refund. Refunds will be processed through the applicable ticketing/payment platform and within the applicable processing timelines.
9. 9.Change of Plans: Refunds will not be provided for change of plans, personal reasons, late arrival, or failure to attend the event.
10. 10.Event Schedule & Line-up: The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, performances, artists, venue arrangements, or event line-up without prior notice.
11. 11.Personal Belongings & Liability: Ticket holders are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser and venue shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the event.
12. 12.Force Majeure: The event is subject to force majeure conditions and circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control.
13. 13.Jurisdiction: All disputes or claims arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
14. 14.Modification of Terms: The organiser reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its discretion.
